FFD Phase Two Study

Part Two of the FFD Study will:

 

  • Develop a facility wants and needs list.

  • Meet with city staff to discuss whether IRMC’s needs could be met at Beban Park and if so, when it might be built and what the financial arrangement might likely be.

  • Estimate market size and potential market share.

  • Develop a suggested market fee and/or fee structure.

  • Generate a revenue and expense forecast and draw conclusions regarding financial viability.
